I provide certified translations between Portuguese and English, meeting the requirements of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), as well as the standards required by universities, courts, notaries and other American institutions.

How it works

You send me a digital copy of the document and receive:

  • A complete translation of the document, preserving the original formatting whenever possible.
  • Stamps, seals, signatures and other elements identified exactly where they appear in the document.
  • A signed Certificate of Translation Accuracy, identifying the document and the languages involved and carrying the statement of accuracy required by American authorities.
  • A PDF ready for electronic filing and, when required, a printed version for agencies that request physical documentation.
